Once again, Toads are not Daisy’s servants, so the recycled Neutral doesn’t work.

She’s never been depicted as floating with a parasol or her magic, so both her up special and unique ability don’t match up.

While Daisy wasn’t playable in Mario 2 given Daisy’s namesake and usage of plant magic it kind of makes sense that one of her specials is gardening (though it’s more a happy coincidence than a deliberate reference).

The side special also weirdly works for her in terms of personality, one could even argue it makes more sense on her than Peach.
